Zero Waste Coffee

Zero Waste Glossary

This is a little glossary where I’m going to list all the things we have already replaced or cut out completely during our zero waste challenge. Here and there I’ve added some links to the respective blog posts or shops. I hope you’ll find what you’re looking for – if you want to share your ideas or suggestions, please send me an email ( christine@leblognoir.com). Of course I will keep adding stuff here as we will further progress in our challenge. We only began recently so it is still a bit empty here. 😉

Baking Paper -> reusable baking mat, e.g. made of silicone
Super easily wipeable; we use the one from Silpat.

C

Clear Film -> try to eliminate completely
You can use containers/boxes for storage or even better: (preserving) jars, so it looks even nice. 🙂

Coffee Filter (paper) -> infinitely reusable filter made of organic linen

Grocery List -> digital (phone)

H

Herbs -> DIY: grow them yourself in your kitchen or on the balcony and freeze or dry them to use for cooking
