This vegan banana ice cream recipe is so easy, it’s totally bananas! You literally need only one ingredient: Bananas.

What You Need
- about 500 g/1 lbs of bananas (= approx. 5 bananas)
- 1 plate
Peel the bananas.
Put them on the plate (make sure to leave some space between the bananas) and quick-freeze them for about 10 hours.
Put the frozen bananas in a blender and mix until you get a nice creamy ice cream; this takes 2-3 minutes, depending on the blender.
If the cream is already too watery because it defrosted in the blender, put it back into the freezer for half an hour before you enojoy it!
