Here’s the recipe for a fruity and delicious apple-pear-orange-date smoothie:
What You Need
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 7-8 dates
- about 15 ice cubes
Wash the apples and pear and divide into quarters. Remove the cores and stems and cut to pieces.
Peel the orange and divide into quarters.
Core the dates (in case they haven’t been pitted already).
Put the apple, pear, and orange pieces as well as the dates into the blender and mix thoroughly.
Add the ice cubes and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
The fruit smoothie still tastes and looks fresh after a few hours, which makes it the perfect to go shake!
